Casa Capital didn't begin as a property company. It began with our founder buying a single new-build apartment on the Costa Blanca while still living and working in Amsterdam, learning the entire Spanish process from the outside in: the contracts, the staged payments, the NIE, the notary, and what it actually takes to turn a holiday home into something that earns.
The original plan was simple: buy it, rent it out, go home. Instead, he moved to Spain, and what he learned managing that first property became the blueprint for a full-service company, one that has managed 50+ homes for owners from the Netherlands, Belgium and beyond. Everything we do today comes from that same starting point: we manage every property like it's our own, because that's exactly how this began.
