This Privacy Policy explains how CASA CAPITAL PROPERTIES SL ("Casa Capital", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit casacapitals.com, contact us or use our services, and which rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

We collect the data you give us through our website forms, WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, your message and details about your property, purchase plans or booking. When you stay in one of our holiday homes, we also collect the identity details that Spanish law requires us to register for every guest. When you visit our website, we collect basic usage data, such as the pages you visit and the type of device you use, through Google Analytics, but only if you accept analytics cookies. We use your data to answer your questions and to prepare a proposal, viewing or quote at your request (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6.1.b GDPR); to provide our services, such as rental management, property sales, holiday stays and Casa Care, including bookings and invoicing (performance of a contract, Article 6.1.b GDPR); to meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules, the registration of guests in tourist accommodation and anti-money laundering checks for property transactions (legal obligation, Article 6.1.c GDPR); and to send you updates you have asked for, such as the Casa Care Plus waitlist or our maintenance checklist, and to measure how our website is used (consent, Article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We do not sell your data. We only share it when this is needed to provide our services or when the law requires it: with service providers who work for us under a data processing agreement, such as our website host (Webflow), our booking software (Smoobu), our email, messaging and accounting tools, and Google Analytics (only with your consent); with booking platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com when you book through them; with notaries, lawyers, banks and other parties involved in a property transaction, when you ask us to arrange it; and with public authorities, such as the police guest register and the tax authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of our service providers, such as Webflow and Google, are based in the United States or process data there. These transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We keep your data for as long as we need it to handle your request or provide our services. After that we only keep it for the periods the law requires, for example up to 6 years for accounting and tax records, 3 years for guest registration records and 10 years for anti-money laundering records related to property transactions. Data we no longer need is deleted.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to object to its processing. To use any of these rights, email us at info@casacapitals.com. We reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and our forms are protected against spam and automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile.
