Casa Azul

Casa 48 Azul is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse of 75 m² in the Innova Beach complex in Orihuela Costa, a five-minute walk from the beach. Three bedrooms this close to the sand is unusual in the area, which makes it a strong choice for two families travelling together or a group of friends who would rather not share rooms.

The apartment has a terrace and balcony plus rooftop space, and between them they catch sun all day. The large rooftop terrace is the part guests talk about afterwards, with 360 degree panoramic views over the complex and the coast, and it is the obvious place to end the day. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer, and there is a smart TV in the living room.

Innova Beach is one of the better equipped complexes we manage in: a shared swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a children's pool, a gym, a sauna and spa area and a communal BBQ area.
