Casa Familia Deluxe

Casa Familia Deluxe is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment of 85 m² on the third floor of the El Raso complex in Guardamar del Segura. It sleeps four in the bedrooms with a sofa bed for two more, and as the name suggests it is set up for families: a baby bed and a high chair are provided free of charge, so you can book it without hiring either.

The large terrace has sun all day and looks out over the communal pools and the salt lake behind them. The apartment has full air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer. High-speed WiFi, a smart TV, a hair dryer, towels, bed linen and beach chairs are all included.

The complex is the reason guests keep coming back to Guardamar. It has two outdoor pools, jeu de boules, padel and tennis courts, a gym and an indoor wellness area with a sauna and a heated pool, which runs seasonally. A lift and underground parking are included with the apartment. The beach is a ten-minute drive and a supermarket a ten-minute walk. Casa Familia Deluxe is managed by Casa Capital and can be booked direct with our team on the Costa Blanca.
