Casa Limonero

Casa 101 is a ground-floor holiday apartment in the Amanecer XI complex in Orihuela Costa, on the Costa Blanca South. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 75 m² of living space, so there is room for a family or for two couples travelling together, and a baby cot is available if you are bringing a little one. Being on the ground floor means no stairs and no waiting for a lift, which makes arriving with suitcases, a buggy and beach bags a good deal easier.

The apartment opens onto its own furnished terrace, which catches the morning sun and is the natural spot for a slow breakfast before the day heats up. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer, so you can cook properly and put a load of laundry on mid-stay instead of eating out every night.

Guests also use the shared facilities in Amanecer XI: the communal swimming pool, the separate children's pool, the gym and the sauna and spa area. A garage parking space comes with the apartment, so a hire car is no trouble. A supermarket is about a five-minute walk away and the nearest beach is roughly a five-minute drive.
