Casa Mauricio

Casa Mauricio is a first-floor apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 75 m² of space in the Amanecer complex in Orihuela Costa, on the Costa Blanca South. It is a straightforward, well-equipped holiday apartment rather than a showpiece, and that is exactly why guests book it: everything works, everything is where you expect it, and the pool is a two-minute walk from the door. A baby cot is available on request.

The furnished terrace and balcony give you somewhere to sit outside with a drink while dinner is in the oven. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer, and there is a smart TV in the living room. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a family of four or two couples can share the apartment without tripping over each other.

Amanecer gives guests use of the communal swimming pool, a children's pool, a gym and a sauna and spa area, which earns its keep on the hotter afternoons and in the cooler months.
