Casa Memo is a 90 m² first-floor apartment in the brand-new Residencial Posidonia in Torrevieja, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sea view and room for four guests. The beach is a one-minute walk from the building, which makes this the closest property to the sand in our portfolio and the obvious pick if you want to swim before breakfast.
The furnished terrace has sun all day and the sea in front of it, and beach chairs are provided so you can be on the sand two minutes after locking the door. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a tumble dryer, and the apartment has heating for stays outside the summer months. Being a new build, everything in it is current rather than tired.
Guests use the complex's shared swimming pool, the children's pool, the gym and the sauna and spa area. Private underground or street parking is included, though with the beach, shops and restaurants this close, many guests leave the car where it is for most of the week.
