Casa 504 is a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment of 76 m² on the ground floor of the Amanecer XI complex in Orihuela Costa, on the Costa Blanca South. It is a ready-to-go holiday apartment in the simplest sense: arrive, unpack, and the only decision left is pool or beach. The layout works equally well for a couple who want the second bedroom for guests and for a family of four.

The furnished terrace catches the morning sun, and the living space opens straight onto it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer, and there is a smart TV in the living room for the evenings when nobody wants to go out again. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms keep a family out of each other's way.
