Casa Olivo

Casa H3 is a penthouse-style apartment of 80 m² on the second floor of the Sunset Hill complex in Orihuela Costa, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a salt lake view and room for around six guests. It is the sister apartment to Casa H2 in the same complex, and the two are often booked together by families travelling as a group.

Beach chairs and umbrellas come with the apartment, which saves the usual first-morning trip to buy them, and the furnished terrace is where most of the day ends up being spent. Air conditioning and heating are fitted throughout, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer, so longer stays and off-season stays both work well here.

Inside the complex you have the shared swimming pool, the children's pool, the gym and the sauna and spa area, and private underground garage parking is included. The beach is roughly a ten-minute drive from the gate.
