Casa Palma Vista

Casa Palma Vista is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment of 78 m² on the first floor of the Area Beach III resort in El Raso, Guardamar del Segura. It sleeps four, which makes it a natural fit for a couple who want the second bedroom as a spare, or a young family with one or two small children. The apartment is south facing, so the terrace gets sun for most of the day.

Inside there is full air conditioning, high-speed WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, so a longer stay is as easy as a short one. A high chair is provided, and a first aid kit is kept in the apartment. The beach at Guardamar is about ten minutes away, and a parking space is included with the booking.

The resort is the reason El Raso works so well for repeat guests: two shared outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool with a sauna and a gym are all on site. Casa Palma Vista is a new addition to our portfolio and suits guests who prefer a longer, quieter stay rather than a weekend. It is managed by Casa Capital and booked direct with our team on the Costa Blanca, so questions during your stay go to someone local.
