Casa Solana

Casa Solana is a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment of 77 m² on the third floor of the Sunset Hill complex in Orihuela Costa, sleeping up to four guests. It is one of the better equipped apartments in our portfolio, and the sort of place that works as well for a quiet week in November as for a family fortnight in July.

The furnished terrace gets sun from mid-afternoon into the evening, which makes it the right apartment for people who like a long evening outside rather than a baking morning. Air conditioning and heating are both fitted, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer. High-speed WiFi, a smart TV, a hair dryer, towels, bed linen and beach chairs are all provided, so you can travel with hand luggage if you want to.

A lift and private underground parking make arrivals easy, even on the third floor with a fortnight of suitcases. Guests also use the complex's shared swimming pool, the children's pool, the gym and the sauna and spa area. Restaurants and supermarkets are a short walk away and the beach is a ten-minute drive.
