Casa Tiana

Casa Tiana is a ground-floor garden apartment totalling 170 m² in the Area Beach III resort in El Raso, Guardamar del Segura. That figure breaks down as 99.6 m² indoors plus a private garden of 70.86 m², so close to half of the property is outdoor space. There are two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a large sofa bed, giving room for up to six guests.

The apartment looks out over both communal pools and the large salt lake beyond them. The private garden and terrace are furnished with a sunbed and a six-seat dining table, which is what makes this one a genuine outdoor-living booking rather than an apartment with a balcony.
