Casa Vida Moderna

Casa Vida Moderna is a second-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment of 75 m² in the Amanecer XI complex in Orihuela Costa. Being a couple of floors up means more light and a bit more privacy on the terrace, and you can take either the lift or the stairs. The apartment sleeps a family of four, and a baby cot can be set up on request before you arrive.

The furnished terrace faces the morning sun, so it is pleasant early and shaded by the time the afternoon gets serious. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer, and the living room has a smart TV. The two bathrooms make the mornings much calmer when four people are trying to get out of the door.

Guests have use of the shared swimming pool, the children's pool, the gym and the sauna and spa inside Amanecer XI, and garage parking is included with the apartment. A supermarket is about a five-minute walk and the beach roughly a five-minute drive, which keeps a car useful but not essential.
