Before Casa Capital, I bought my own new build apartment in Orihuela Costa while I still owned my home in Amsterdam. I went through the contracts, the staged payments and all the small practical questions nobody warns you about when you buy abroad. The idea was simple: rent it out and head back to the Netherlands. I never left. I stayed, and Casa Capital grew out of that first purchase. Today our team helps international owners enjoy their homes and earn rental income while they are away, and I bring that same hands-on experience to every property we help you look at.
Once you have the keys, we can prepare your home for guests and run the rental for you. Stay there yourself when you like, rent it out the rest of the year, and leave the repairs and upkeep to one local team.

We assess that for the specific home and your plans. Personal use, running costs and financing affect the result. We show the assumptions behind the rental estimate.
How does the free stay during my viewing trip work?
You stay in one of our managed apartments while you view homes. If you then complete a qualifying purchase through Casa Capital, we reimburse the agreed accommodation costs. Eligibility, the stay and the reimbursement limit are confirmed in writing before you book.
