Casa Alcmaria

Casa Alcmaria is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse of 75 m² on the first floor of the Innova Beach complex in Orihuela Costa, reached by stairs. It is the quieter kind of penthouse: two outdoor spaces, two bathrooms and room for a family of four, with a baby cot available on request.

The rooftop terrace gets sun all day and looks out over the salt lakes, and there is a second living terrace below it that picks up the afternoon sun, so you can follow the shade around rather than hide from it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer, and the living room has a smart TV.

Guests use the Innova Beach facilities, which include a shared swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a children's pool, a gym, a sauna and spa area and a communal BBQ area. Garage parking is included with the apartment. The beach is a fifteen-minute walk or a five-minute drive, and shops and restaurants are closer than that. Casa Alcmaria is one of the holiday homes we manage in Orihuela Costa and can be booked direct with our local team, without platform fees.
