Casa Marina

Casa 50 Marina is a three-bedroom penthouse with one bathroom in the Innova Beach complex in Orihuela Costa, measuring 75 m² and a five-minute walk from the beach. The three bedrooms make it a practical booking for a family with children or for friends sharing the cost of a week on the Costa Blanca South, with a baby cot available on request.

Outside, there is a terrace and balcony as well as rooftop space, and the sun reaches one part or another all day long. The large rooftop terrace comes with 360 degree panoramic views and is where most guests end up with a glass of something once the heat drops. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer, and there is a smart TV indoors for quieter evenings.

As a guest you have use of everything Innova Beach offers: the shared swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the children's pool, the gym, the sauna and spa area and the communal BBQ area. Garage parking is included and is reached from the right-hand entrance only. Casa 50 Marina is looked after by our own team in Orihuela Costa, so questions during your stay go to someone local, and you book direct rather than through a platform.
